Terms and Conditions

Our Services

Electrician Brier provides residential electrical services to homeowners in Brier, Washington and the surrounding communities of south Snohomish County.

Those services are EV charger installation, electrical remodels and renovation wiring, whole-home rewiring, dedicated circuit installation, emergency electrical service, electrical panel upgrades, new construction wiring, lighting installation and upgrades, and electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Where the work requires a permit, it is carried out under permit and is subject to inspection by the authority having jurisdiction.

Use of the Website

This website is provided for general information about those services. You may read it, print it and share it. You may not copy its text or images onto another website, scrape it, or use it to misrepresent your own business.

The content describes the work in general terms. It is not an instruction manual and nothing here should be treated as guidance for carrying out electrical work yourself.

Appointments and Estimates

Estimates are given in person after looking at the property, and are free. An estimate reflects the conditions visible at the time of that visit.

Electrical work frequently uncovers conditions that could not be seen beforehand — wiring behind a finished wall, a service that turns out to be undersized, equipment that is not what it appeared to be. Where that happens we stop, explain what we found and give a revised figure before continuing.

Appointment times are our genuine best estimate. Where a job before yours overruns, or weather makes outdoor work unsafe, we will contact you to rearrange.

Intellectual Property

The text, layout, images and design of this website belong to Electrician Brier or are used with permission. Our name and the appearance of this site may not be used without our written agreement.

Disclaimers

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that every detail is free of error, or that the site will always be available.

Nothing on this website creates a contract for work. A contract exists only once we have quoted a specific job and you have accepted that quote.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information.

This section limits liability arising from the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the electrical work itself, which is governed by the quote accepted for that work and by applicable law.

Third-Party Links

Where we link to another website we do so because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute relating to them will be handled under Washington law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with its date at the top. This is a general-purpose set of terms for a service website and is not legal advice.
