Electrician Serving Brier and South Snohomish County
Brier is small enough that we know the streets. The surrounding cities share its housing stock almost exactly.
Why this patch is one job, not eight
Brier, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood and the western edge of Bothell were largely built in the same stretch of years, by the same kind of builder, to the same code of the day. A panel in one of them looks very much like a panel in the next. That is why we work this patch rather than spreading thinly across two counties.
Where we work
Brier
Our home patch. Wooded lots, long driveways, and plenty of services that predate the loads now sitting on them.
Mountlake Terrace
The same era of housing and, very often, the same two or three panel conversations.
Lynnwood
Larger and more mixed, from mid-century stock to new infill. Remodel wiring is the steady work there.
Edmonds
Older housing near the water where the service entrance is usually the first thing worth looking at.
Bothell
East of us, with a wide mix of eras and a steady run of charger circuits.
Kenmore
South across the county line. Additions and finished basements that outgrew their circuits.
Shoreline
Similar vintage again, and a frequent stop on the way through.
Mill Creek
North, newer on the whole, and mostly capacity planning rather than repair.
