Brier Electricians Who Know the Wiring Here
Panel upgrades, rewiring, EV charger circuits and repairs, with a written price after one free visit.
How pricing works with us
Every figure comes from a look at your house, not a guess over the phone.
A visit before a number
We open the panel and walk the route so the constraints are known before anything is priced.
One written figure
The price is tied to a listed scope, so if something changes you see it immediately, not on the final bill.
Permits handled for you
Where the work needs one we apply, attend the inspection and give you the approved paperwork.
No pressure to proceed
The visit is free, and if you choose not to go ahead there is nothing to pay and no follow-up calls.
Residential electrical services
Nine services, each with its own page covering what the work involves and how we carry it out.
EV Charger Installation
Charging at home on a dedicated circuit, with the panel's spare capacity checked first so the charger never overloads the house.
What this involves →
Electrical Remodels & Renovation Wiring
Rough-in through final devices for renovations, coordinated with your builder and inspected before the walls close.
What this involves →
Whole-Home Rewiring
Outdated branch circuits replaced section by section, fishing new cable through existing walls wherever possible.
What this involves →
Dedicated Circuit Installation
A breaker and run reserved for one heavy appliance, so the microwave, heater or tool stops tripping shared circuits.

Hot outlets, buzzing panels and lost power get first call on our schedule whenever we are open.
What this involves →
Electrical Panel Upgrades
New panels and bigger services for homes that have outgrown the original, coordinated with the utility from start to finish.

New Construction Wiring
Complete wiring for new homes and tear-down rebuilds, from the temporary pole to final fixtures, kept to the build schedule.
What this involves →
Lighting Installation & Upgrades
Fixture swaps, recessed cans, under-cabinet strips and outdoor lights, planned so every room is lit where you need it.
What this involves →
Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair
Systematic testing for tripping, flickering and dead circuits, then one targeted repair rather than a pile of new parts.
What this involves →Reasons to choose us for your electrical work
Plain pricing, careful work, and cover for that work once we have gone.
Every job taken seriously
A single dead circuit gets the same care as a whole-house project. We will happily come out for the small repair you have been putting off.
Two years of workmanship cover
Should an installation of ours develop a fault caused by our workmanship within two years, we return and correct it without charging for the labor.
Testing before replacing
We trace a fault to its source before suggesting new parts, so the repair you pay for is the one that solves the problem.
What happens after you call
Four clear stages, with the price fixed before work begins.
Tell us what is going on
Describe the symptom or the project. A few questions usually show whether we are looking at a repair or a planned job.
Free visit, written price
We look at the panel, the wiring path and anything awkward, then give you a figure in writing.
Paperwork and scheduling
Permits are filed where required, the inspection is booked and your work date is confirmed.
Work done and handed over
We keep the outage short, see the inspection through and leave the panel properly labelled.

Your questions, answered plainly
We have a Zinsco or Federal Pacific panel. Is it safe to keep?
We would not leave one in service long term. Both brands are known for breakers that can stay closed when they should open, so an overload or short may not be cut off. We check the panel at the free visit, look for scorching or loose bus connections, and quote a replacement in writing so you can plan it rather than react to it.
What makes a breaker trip over and over?
Three causes cover most cases: a circuit carrying more than it was sized for, a short or ground fault in a device or cable, or a breaker that has worn out. Each needs a different fix, so we test before we replace anything and quote only the repair the circuit actually needs.
Do you charge to come and look?
No. The estimate visit is free: we open the panel, check the route the work would take, talk through the choices and leave a written figure. If you decide against it, you owe nothing and we will not keep calling.
Can my garage take an EV charger without new service?
Often it can. Once the real load on the house is calculated, many services have enough room for a Level 2 charger on its own circuit. Where yours is tighter, a lower-rated charger or load management can usually avoid a service upgrade. We work that out at the free visit and price the option that fits.
What should I do if an outlet or the panel smells hot?
Switch off the breaker for that circuit and stop using it, then call us. During our working hours, heat, scorch marks, buzzing and burning smells go ahead of routine bookings. If you see smoke or flame, leave the house and call 911 first.
Does my house need a 200-amp service?
Only if the loads you have, plus the ones you are adding, outgrow what you have now. A load calculation tells us that properly. Many homes on 100 or 150 amps can take a charger or a new kitchen with careful planning, and some genuinely need the upgrade; we will tell you which yours is.
